"Yoga does not transform the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees."

B.K.S. Iyengar

Namaste!

My name is Mia and i am a Vinyasa, Hatha and Jivamukti yoga teacher based in Munich, Germany. I have been practicing yoga for over a decade and teaching for five years.

My yoga journey began in 2012 when i took my first class at a Jivamukti yoga studio in Munich, an experience that ignited my passion for this ancient practice. Over the years, as my yoga practice became an integral part of my life and my interest in the yoga philosophy deepened, I made the decision to embark on the path of becoming a yoga teacher.

In 2017, I completed a Hatha Yoga teacher training in Munich, followed by a Jivamukti teacher training with Sharon Gannon in India a year later, in 2018. Since then, I have been teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, and Jivamukti-inspired classes in various settings, including yoga studios, corporate offices and online. Through creative sequencing and precise alignment cues, I guide my students to cultivate strength, stability, and to enhance mobility in a safe and efficient manner, all while honoring the rich tradition of yoga. I truly believe that the practice of mindfulness through alignment of body and breath has the power to transform one's life deeply and profoundly.

I am eternally grateful to the incredible teachers who have inspired and influenced my journey over the years, including Sharon Gannon, Gabriela Bozic, Petros Haffenrichter, Talia Sutra, Travis Eliot, and numerous others.
